Negative account history, even if included in Chapter 7, remains on the credit file for 7 years from the date of last activity, or date of major delinquency. The accounts that were included should only report with the account name and number, when it was opened, the date of last activity and date reported, and the fact that it was included in Chapter seven bankruptcy.

The above answer is correct.

CRA's are only required to show that (after discharge) there is a zero balance on the account, and that it was included in a chapter 7.

The report that you have a bankruptcy stays on for 10 years, far longer then the derogs you have. You just need to be patient and wait for time to pass. There are creditors who will give you credit. You just need to search around.

It won't delete anything. A chapter 7 bankruptcy will now show up on your credit report and will be notated next to the accounts that were included in the bankurptcy
