Go to wallet.yahoo.com and click on the "Already Enrolled?" button. Sign in using your normal Yahoo ID and password. That will bring up a list of credit cards you have given them. You can edit or delete credit cards there.
Note- Deleting your credit cards does NOT necessarily cancel a service you have purchased through Yahoo. To cancel a subscription or service you have purchased through Yahoo, go to billing.yahoo.com (sign in) and then click on Manage My Premium Services. You can cancel services from there.

Call the credit card company directly, and explain to them that you no longer authorize yahoo music to use your credit card account. If that doesn't work, you may have to cancel the card, and open another account.
