I did the bank of America 0% APR offer for balance transfers. I recently made my payment
but I was one day late. It was because whenever I went online their online system would
always give an error message saying currenty unavaliable when i view my balance and when I
view my balance it finally said it was overdue. Anyone ever had any luck in having Bank of
America giving back the 0% APR and possibly reversing late fees and finance charges?

As with any credit card company, they reserve the right to increase your rate now. If you act in a timely manner and have a legitmate reason, as you state, then they typically honor the request.

If the first representative doesn't do it, then call back and try the next one. I've done that with a cell phone dispute I had, and the one representative handled my problem fairly, and the other just disregarded me. Hey, maybe even change your approach as far as your excuse...

FYI, If you continually roll over 0% balances over and over again, in the long run, you're hurting your credit...

You learned your lesson about paying late. Bank of America online allows you to schedule your transactions so you can pay them on time. Make sure you schedule payment of any credit card bills online the day before its due, so it credited that day. There is no reason to try and cut the due date too close.

yes I have, just call their customer service line, explain the situation as you did here and they can reinstate the 0%..But do it quickly, the sooner the better.
