I was charged US$4.95 out of my bank account for knowingly
sm bus/mail, which I am not familiar, nor do I know of what for
use. I don't remember of any charge to be made on my consent,
either. For that matter, how can I correctively retrieve to the
original state ? Is it a regular repeating charges, or one time
payment? Help me please, thanks

I have 4 credit cards with a total balance of less than $8000. Three of them are between $2000 and $2500 and the fourth is around $700. I was sick and in and out of the hospital, had to quit my job and fell behind so now all 4 of them are with collection agencies. Now I am trying to pay them a little at a time, but I feel like I am just spinning my wheels. One of the companies keeps threatening to sue me and attach my assests (which I don't have much of anyway) How likely are the collection companies to sue me for these amounts and what is my best course of action for me. I am not trying to get out of paying, I just need time to get back on my feet.

Thank you anyone, I've read so much info, but I'd like a real persons view and opinion, and how to start out and what to do, thank you :) I know you pay a monthly balance, and that's about it. I have good income, and can pay off the bills no problem, I don't spend much, but I might need one for larger things.
again thank you lol. ^_^

I currently reside in Phoenix, Arizona. I have poor credit and my fiance does as well. We bought a vehicle a few months ago and are deep into negative equity by 10K. Is there any company that would refinance our car with only showing 3 payments made on it? Would they refinance with poor credit? Does any one have any suggestions on how to get out of situation? My car payment is over $700.00. Any help would be great. I didn't realize what a mess we were in until today when I spoke to a dealership.
