hi i am sorry to inform you that if it does not have a visa or mastercard logo on it you can only use it at target, but target has alot to offer. if all else fails you can always buy toilet paper=)

It's possible to count cards anywhere. The real question is with the way the games are organized, and the exact combination of rules used, will it be worth it? Remember that you could count an entire shoe and the count may never get high enough to actually give the player an edge. Even when the count gets really high and you start to bet big, you can still lose often. Because you are betting so high, this will cause a lot of variance. So it certainly isn't like you see on TV and in the movies. It is a tough thing to do that requires a lot of skill and determination. If you spend a while betting the table minimum and then suddenly start betting the table max when the count is good, you will draw attention to yourself, and if you start winning will probably be asked not to play Blackjack any more.

Sorry that can't be used at any other store. But you can use them to buy food at super Targets, and you can use them online at Target.com. Target.com has a much wider selection of some items than a Target store.
Target sells itunes gift certificates. You can purchase them with your target gift card and then you would have itune gift card. You can also purchase minutes for prepaid phones like tmobile, virgin, and verizon wireless.

nope target gift cards can only be used at target but they can be used in any target location :)
