I have several bills and some of them I only get a statement thru the internet with different email addresses. Then when its too late, i get a phone call or a late mail statement. Is there a way online that I can get a listing of all the bills that are due?

This is relevant to law in England & Wales - I have heard that after 6 years, the debt is 'statute barred' ie expired, and although this debt agency has threatend me with court, would they be able to if the debt deadline has expired?

My mother took out 2 credit cards in my name when I went away to college in 2001. These two were both cancaled after my mom stopped paying them. I just found out about them this year, when I tried to buy some furniture. I need to know how I can find out who to pay for them so that I can get my credit back on track.

How do you clean up your credit after you have paid your bills but have bad credit still. Does it take along time or should I hire someone to do it or can i do it myself? We have no credit cards and have paid all back bills. But our score still shows late payments etc. thanks for your advice..

These are unwanted offers. A telephone call to the given 'opt-out' number and a written request to stop these has caused the offers to increase many fold!

I read somewhere that a certificate of deposit can help your credit score. What is the purpose of purchasing a CD for 30 days? I have considered purchasing one for my son's college fund, but for years not days and can this help my credit?

Essentially I HAD 5 credit cards maxed out. Now I am buying a house and I have until July 9th before the last credit score is pulled to buy this house on the 23rd. I have never made late payments, no other issues but the balances being high... I JUST paid them all down to the Numbers below over the last week... I need a 700 or higher to get the loan, I have a 694 middle score... Oh yeah I am a full time student hence the debt:
CC Balance/Limit
CC1 7300/7900
CC2 330/1700
CC3 999/2500
CC4 320/1000
CC5 999/2500

How fast do credit scores go up? After paying over $5,000 on to this debt in the last week, Is ~20 Days enough for my score to go up 6 points???

-Links or Knowlegable people on this would be helpful - Thanks Guys!

I made purchases on this account but after we divorced i removed myself as an authorized user, i have been paying the bill on time, but now that he is filing bankruptcy I want to quit paying on it since it will be included in his bankruptcy but wonder if they can come after me because i don't want to mess up my credit.
