his job I am told but 2 years later I took everything off then I go to refinance and the lawyer at new bank says there's a lien for 21000. Meantime his broker promised me the world. Now it's been 2 1/2 months of holding 30,000 dollars of mine. Will not return phone calls I have called numerous times. I am disabled and now my mortgage went from 807 to 2100 I make 1200 a month. I put 140000 aside to pay mortgage till credit goes up but, don't look good to me I am broke. Then he paid the Bankruptcy lawyer behind my back 450.00 to reopen the case which I swear wasn't was not on my credit report. Or in the house of deeds. He wants more he told me. Does he get it? Isn't one price it. If he did do it? . I called the Court House it was written off. Will legal aid take care of this? I can't afford a big lawyer and don't trust anyone after 3 predator lenders and two lawyers who are playing with my mind. At 18 percent a day. Legal??? Please someone.

I have an "entry level separation" from Navy boot camp, which is hurting all my chances at getting a federal job. However, I was recently offered a position at a very low pay-grade, but it is Federal. If I took this job, would I be able to work my way up the ranks by proving myself, or will the discharge haunt me for the duration of my federal career? I dont want to sacrifice the good job I have now to get my foot in the door if I still cant transfer around afterwards.

It was an entry level separation, which means I only spent 2 weeks in boot. They said I had a personality disorder, but it was not bad behavior. Thoughts?

I currently work 4 12 hours days a week and get 8 hours of overtime a week. My boss put out a new schedule that has me working 11 hours a day with an unpaid 1 hour lunch and so I would only get paid for 10 hours a day and 40 hours a week. This seems like a raw deal with me working 4 hours less a week and losing 8 hours of OT a week. I have looked around on the internet and can't find anything about paid vs. unpaid lunches for different lengths of work days. I work in Texas if that matters. Anybody know the specifics of this portion of the labor laws or know of a website I can go to so I can find out if he can really do this?

I live in a small town called Manjimup in Western Australia and I really want to do hairdressing. The problem is that I am 18 and the sallons seem to want girls a little younger. I have done 4 months in a salon in Perth but I had to leave beacause of... well, 101 reasons! I have been around my town and surrounding towns trying to get one but nothing! I dont know of any hairdressing schools in WA and I cant move out of Manjimup. Please help, I am desperate! When I am qualified I want to open up a hairdressing school so that I can help all the girls like me who want to go down this career path but are finding that getting an appreticeship is too hard. How can I learn to become a hairdresser if no none will give me a chance. I dont understand, I'm passionate about hairdressing, a fast learner, bright and bubbly and I have great people skills. Someone please tell me what to do, I dont want to give up on this dream!

well im 16 now and 17 in august and ive read many books from someone who is considered to be the first criminal profiler and created the BAU. his name is john douglas and his co-author is mark olshaker. ive read almost all his books and i was thinking about becoming a criminal profiler.

i have a 3.9 GPA right now and am in 3 clubs but play no school sports and haave about 70 communtiy hours(if this helps?) and im a rising senior and ive taken psychology in high school but it only goes one level. there are also no criminal justice classes at my school.

does anybody have advice on what college to go to for law/psychology? or what classes to take in college? or any steps, pretty much anything would be helpful thanks

I got fired from a job after working for two months due to "not being a fit for it". Before this happened I was interviewing for another job and getting ready to quit the previous one. The problem is that I explained to the prospective employer that I wanted to leave my actual job due to location issues (this is partly true) in the first interview (before being fired). After being fired, in the second interview with the same prospective employer I said I quit for the same reason (location issues). Now, I have spoken with the previous employer and they said is company policy to only divulge duration of work and position held. I recently got the offer and would love to have this job. Should I go ahead and take it or just reject it? How could the company find out? Does the background check show this? Please help!

I quit my job and gave my boss a little less than 2 weeks notice. SHe was very upset and wrote a letter to me detailing my faults. So I replied defending myself and my work (in a professional manner). This made her madder and hs threatened to find my new employer and "tell them about me." Should I be worried? I dont think she could find out where I will be working next anyway.
