Get to know your waiter or waitress as they may share tips with you if you take good care of their customers .
Get them water and silver ware when they are seated .
Clear dirty dishes as they finish their food and ask your wait person if they want help with coffee / beverage refills .
If you take good care of them & the wait person doesn't share tips after a few weeks , drop them a hint by politely telling them you are taking extra care of their customers , and ask if they tip their bussers .
Sooner or later , you'll find a wait person that understands the value of a good busser .
