i m student, this job isn't my main profession. it is a kind of hobby but it pays a little so it is a kind of side-line employment. there is a central management but it is a freelance job at the end.

Starvation, at least you have a job my husband has been out of work since November and where would you want to be?I have to relay on my limited art ability. I make beautiful stuff, but you have to have people willing to pay for your work.

You don't say what you do for a job, what your future plans are...is your job a stepping stone to your future hopes??? Most jobs are stressful, none of us get paid what we think we're worth, we all have to be flexible (multidisciplinary), ALL jobs are time consuming, the fair only comes around once a year in my town, and jobs just get boring, but we all have to have them. Sounds like you've got a good case of burnout. How about the people you work with??? Do you like them??
Look at the positives. Can you talk to your boss and let him know you are experiencing burnout?? How about taking a vacation??? Get the book FISH TALES: Real LIfe Stories to Help Transform Your Workplace and Your Life By Stephen C. Lundin, and read it.

Like I said, all jobs have their problems--it's how WE deal with them that makes the difference.

If I didn't really need more money & the fact that I'm bored with it actually enabled me to focus on my schooling more, I'd probably keep it.

If I needed more money, more of a challenge or more experience in my chosen field, I'd look to change.

Do you need the money? You object to putting in time? You are bored? Where is it written that your boss is supposed to entertain you? It's called "work" for a reason.
