This coworker used to work in my position, and was told to train me when I arrived two years ago. Since then, although she has not been assigned a supervisory role to me, she constantly goes through my work files and reports every little thing she doesn't like to my boss! Last week my boss came to me with an entire folder of photocopied "mistakes" that this woman had secretly collected, a few of which really were my errors but most of which were either completely insignificant or not mine at all. Needless to say this was shocking and infuriating. I kept my cool with my boss and promised to rectify all of the areas I had made any mistakes in, but this coworker has been undermining me with an extremely hostile single-mindedness all along, being rude in public and blaming me for anything that goes wrong even if it's not my error. She has been working with the company for 15 years and is good at her job so there is no way to go face to face with her and win. Am I doomed in this job?

It sounds too good to be true, up to $50.00/hr for shopping and evaluating service etc. I think there is a membership fee. Has anyone realy done this and actually made money? Does it end up costing more than you can make?, Is it a scam?

im going to get to the point people I have been working for this gas and oil company for nearly 2 years, my supervisor is ignorant, and doesnt know how to communicate with people nor has the respect for others, I have not yet to get a raise, she keeps people down under her to make it seem like she's the top person in our group, she can sit there and say something for us to do but than say no she didnt say that, she has emotionally scared me allot, making remarks about my minor weight, insulting my intelligence, and saying not so very nice things behind my backs to my coworkers. What am I suppose to do in this type of situation, I am preparing to write a letter towards our top head manager and also HR, I have 2 interns and 2 fulltime employees that are willing to sign and write a brief statement about her actions towards all of us, she makes it seem like, we are not important and that she gets acredited for all the work we do, when I was a temp i got payed 10 hrly now 14 hrly

I love school and I love to learn I but I do not have any desire into a specific cirriculum. I would love to go to antartica and study penguins or the galopagos islands. I would even settle for working at like sea world with the penguins!

Should I got back to school full-time....or should I keep going part-time? I am an Engineering Tech right now and going to school part-time. I still have 90 credit hours to accomplish. At this pace it will take me 6 more years to complete. I could take an engineering internship work 20 hours a week, and go to school full-time and be done in about 2.5 years.

Going part-time would mean changing our lifestyle. Selling our home...getting rid of the car payments...and making some sacrifices.

My wife supports me in which ever way I go. We have 2 young kids. One is 3 and one is a newborn.

I am going to start babysitting. I usually got paid under the table and never had any employers claim it on their taxes. i am getting ready to start a new job and the family wants to claim it on their taxes. I don't understand what that means. If my money will be taxed at the time given, or if I have to file taxes in 2008 for the 2007 year and owe all that money back? THis is my first year going to have to file taxes for the 2007 year. SO i'm new at this so please help. She doesnt understand doing this either- she has a new son and never had childcare for him before. How do most babysitters do this with thier family? And also If i have to file self employed next year- will I owe alot of money back or what?
