is it possible that all ppl clear IITs or become IAS??????

Nobody has complete control over destiny. Though, destiny can be influenced to a large extent in most cases.
Obviously it is not possible for everyone to clear IIT or become IAS. We certainly need people like APJ Abdul KAlam, Mahatma Gandhi, General Manekshaw, Tatas and Birlas too besides common man.

See Destiny is something predetermined.So, no one can control it.And remember life is not just IITs IIMs and IASs.
Life is love Life is care Life is concern and lot more.
Life is never easy after IITs n IIMs as the kind of job we get is really hectic and there are many from IITs n IIMs who are leaving their jobs and just setting up their own firms due to unbearable pressure in their job.
so,majority of the people are happy wihthout IITs n IIMs .As Life is not always game of money.It is something else...

"what you sow, you reap"-that's the simplest definition. Yours today's failures
and achievements are the result of good/bad things you did to others by your
deeds or thoughts ,earlier. There are people who suffer today even though
they did not commit any sin to others yesterday. Perhaps their ancestors
would have been guilty. So, you have to suffer for any ill act done by you in this life or by your ancestors in the previous life. At the most you can lessen
sufferings by doing charity, helping the needy, donating eyes etc.,[you can
also include surrender to the God-but I disagree because He is the punisher]
Leading a noble life could be a solution to avoid further sufferings...

You have control of your destiny in everything except being born and dying. You can do anything by going over, through, around or under it. The reason you don't do it is because you don't like the consequences of doing it.
