I find none of those especially important.

The most important aspects to me when considering a job is:

1) Salary
2) Benefits (specifically vacation time)
3) The work itself and the nature of the responsibilities

Traveling would be a plus but no more than 25% of the time. I wouldn't mind meeting interesting people but it's not a part of any necessary criteria that I have when I look for a job.

travelling for sure because while you are travelling you can get the chance to meet interesting people and you may be able to work for yourself
