I'm supposed to go for training soon that will cost my employer $20,000. They don't know that I plan to leave soon. Should I tell them or take the training and leave?

If you take it and leave you may find yourself liable for the cost of the training , you need to CYA and find out how long you would need to stay if you take this training at thier expense

Well if you are not so buff, yes.and if you are not so buff than mabey.
