If your bosses were telling you to lie on the books - would you ?? How would you rat them out without ruining your own reputation and your job? At what point would you cave or at what point would you rat them out?? I think under pressure many people would listen to their bosses even if their conscience told them not to.. how would you speak out ??

I was reading this article....."According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, www.bls.gov, average growth is expected in the field of architecture. Median annual earnings for architects were about $60k in May 2004, with the highest paid earning as much as $100k per year...."
How much is $60k and $100k? Does it mean $60,000 and $100,000?

On the education section of a resume do I write:
Master of Business Administration
Masters of Business Administration
or
Master's of Business Adminstration

I've seen them written all ways and wonder if one is wrong or if they signify slightly different meanings.

I interviewed today with a big insurance corporation and the manager and 2 other people who interviewed me told me that they'd make a verbal offer to me. They told me that I can turn in my 2 weeks notice to my current employer. Is this agreement legally binding?

I go to a community college, I have average grades, I don't have much money for school and the nursing programs around California are so hard to get into. I've wanted to be a nurse forever. I did so well in high school, 3.9 gpa. Now I feel I wasted all of my hard work. Please, any advice on how to get my bsn (bachelors of science in nursing)? I just can't seem to get into any nursing programs.

I am a motor transport operator in the Marine Corps. I'm basically a truck driver who makes way less than my civillian counterparts. I've been doing this for a little over five years and sometimes I enjoy it, while other days I despise it. I'm still deciding on post military decisions as far has what career to persue. Hopefully I will come to a conclusion sometime in this lifetime. Anyways, what do you guys do?

I am a student and here is jobs that I was offered:

1. Fulltime (Mon-Fri 8am to 6 pm and Sat 7:30 am to 3pm)
starting at $500/weekly

2. Partime (3 days a week 8:30am to 5:30pm)
$100/day

If I do the partime job I would have more time for myself or have another job but the fulltime job gives me more money and I will get raise when I work longer.

Which one would you prefer?

I need to save up money for my college tuition for this fall.

I have worked for many restaurants that say to claim 8-10% of sales or credit card tips. I recently started at a small independently owned restaurant and they told me I have to claim all of my tips. Well of course I didn't and the owner told me if I wasn't claiming all my cash that I couldn't work there. About 90-95% of all my sales are credit card and I am always way over 8-10% of my sales. My last two checks were void and 0.25 cents. I don't want to owe money at the end of the year because I am not making enough hourly to cover my taxes. Any suggestions on how to claim less and not get in trouble with my boss?
