I am trying to put a border on a word document but it cuts off on the bottom when I print/print preview.How can I fix this? I tried everything please go into every detail how to change it because I have tried.

I was going to say to change the margins too but it looks like someone beat me to it. I guess I'll just go a step further and say you change the margins by going into "File" and the "page setup" but you probably already knew that.

Change your margins on the paper and then do print preview to make sure it worked.
