be friendly, smile a lot, and approach customers that seem uncomfortable in the store, offer to show them the dressing rooms, and point out clothes that would look good on them. Think about what you want the service people do be like when you shop.

Well for your interview you should wear their brand of clothing to show that you love their store and that you are most likely going to be devoted to doing your best there!
