I have been in this field for a little over 8 years now. I have been having a little bit of bleeding with this pregnancy, I am 10 weeks along. My doctor examined me and said my cervix looks closed and feels firm, but he has scheduled an ultrasound for me to check the length of the cervix and also make sure baby is doing fine. My question pertains more to work, I have to do alot of lifting and transferring of clients, as they have cerebral palsy. One is much easier to help then the other and I have the go ahead to work with him as much as needed, but I do not want to make other employees feel as though I am shirking duty, however I also do not feel like informing every employee of what exactly is going on in my uterus. Any suggestions on how to handle that, or have you been in the same sort of situation? What did you do to sort of make up for the harder work that you were unable to do?

My boss knows about the situation fully.

I need alot of ideas for this... as most of my questions go, i am on the debate team in my high school. I have a tournament comming up soon, and my topic is on Living life to the fullest. This is an Original Oratory, which means you memorize your speech (which is ten minutes long) and try to persuade, or make the judge believe you are right. so if ya give me any make them good, and thanks for the help.

I set up this facility for my boss and have been managing it for the past 15 months. We employed a new girl who costs half my wage, she has been given my hours on a Thursday and Friday.

I feel hurt about this but know business is business!

What are your thoughts on the matter?

Ok. I moved to this town about 5 months ago to go to school. i'm about an hour and half away from home. Recently, I've decided to move back home at the end of january b/c I'm simply not happy here. That's when my lease ends too. I've been at my current job for about 3 months. I feel bad about having to leave my job after only about 4 months, but I have to make myself happy. I know when I move back home, I will be so much happier. I'm so excited about moving back home that it makes me depressed when I have to go to work & That i'm still stuck up here. Any tips of how to make me feel not so depressed and crappy? and how to make the time go by easier and not so long? Thanks for any help.

I've never worked for a jewish guy before, this is my first experience and also the worst work related experience I ever had... He's a mega millionaire and I'm a poor broke middle class IT worker... Then he called the unemployment office and reported that I quit the job. What set him off was me asking to be paid since they are over a month late with my paycheck.

Should I refuse to work for another old jewish guy or is this a coincidence? I know it sounds racist, but I can't afford to get ripped off like this.
