I set up this facility for my boss and have been managing it for the past 15 months. We employed a new girl who costs half my wage, she has been given my hours on a Thursday and Friday.

I feel hurt about this but know business is business!

What are your thoughts on the matter?

Hard to say. Are there any ways you can make yourself more valuable to your employer such as education or training? Are you satisfied with your earnings? If you are earning enough and happy, then stay. You have the option of discussing this with your boss. Mention this to your boss, in a professional manner. Mention your accomplishments and ask for opportunities to do more for the business. Otherwise, you might want to find work elsewhere. As the saying goes, "There is more than one fish in the sea."

Fill out surveys and visit websites. No sign up fee and it doesn't cost any money to fill out surveys or to do anything! I've seen up to $45 for 1 survey!
If you refer people you get 20% of what they make and 10% of what their recruits make!

I would at least sign up and take a looksy! It's free to sign up!

I think you should keep this job, and find another part time job for other nights, I'm going through the same thing.
