I am already working in the pension department of a trustee\custodian company doing DC\DB pensions but mainly on investment side. Looking to get into a company and eventually running that companies pension\benefit plan. I need to gain experience, and I need the contact of a few good recruiters. Can anyone help??

If you're in the US you should check out the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp (PBGC) who is the Federal agency that insures many pension plans. Your specialized skills would probably be an asset to them.
