For various reasons I cannot find a job around my home, and since I can't get a car for some time I need a job in the interim. I am living with my parents but they work at odd, and often unreliable times, no job is that flexible for me. I also do not have any friends or relatives willing to offer rides so I am stuck. I have been employed in the past and want to seriously do work online, putting in 40 hours a week like you would working anywhere else. I've looked but can only find schemes and scams, I want to work for an actual company that pays employees online but from my home, hopefully with little requirements. Does anybody know of anything like this?

I am 22 yrs old, and my MBA is about to be finished in Germany, my problem is that when I go for intreviews to companies, I get selected in the first few rounds but later loose to more experienced candidates. my profile is as follows.

15 months of expirience in CRM for a Global IT and Banking giant.
Company.

BBA in Marketing (unfortunatly I couldn't get selected for any Marketing/sales job?

MBA in Project Management, I have very limited skills in IT systems and cannot apply for Software/Programming based jobs. I have therefore tried in Telecom or in Sales of IT Systems

I do have some International Experience in CV, but I am not well versed in deutsche, I have been recenetly been called for an Intreview by an FMCG giant,& an Energy one too in london. I am not sure as to how to sell myself, the FMCG is calling me for Sales/BD (on my graduate degree) & the Energy Hasn't clarified but I think they are for Procurement and Project Scheduling?

Working full time, perhaps making more money, or having benefits, but less time to spend just "being", so to speak. Or, working less, and living a minimalist lifestyle. What would you truly prefer, and why?

When I applied for this position (sent in my resume) I was not going back to school. I started shortly before I was called for my first interview. I have an AAS Degree and am pursuing a BS Degree. The classes can all be taken in the evening or online and would not effect my ability to do this position. I have my second interview tomorrow. If I mention I am going to school they might not hire me as they may assume I will leave shortly after obtaining my degree. I don't have any exact plans for when I graduate and if I have a good job, I may stay right where I am at. What should I do - tell them or not?

Hey all. Here is my situation: I currently have BS in Nuclear Engineering and am studying for my PhD, but I don't know if this is exactly what I would want to do for multiple reasons (I don't want to work at a national lab my whole life, the nuclear industry is somewhat crippled in that there are so many regulations, etc.). I have considered getting an MBA and changing my career all together because I really loved all of my business classes. The only problem is that I have less than a year of work experience and that makes getting a job kind of tough in the business world. I am also considering going to law school and becoming a patent attorney because I like reading, writing, and studying (yeah ... I do like studying). I have no debt and nothing tying me down (no wife or kids). This is my situation ... what do you think I should do and why? The most insightful answer will get 10 points.

I work in a law firm with 3 lawyers. the one i work for directly, just had a baby and wont be back until january. im the only one in the office that can work on her cases, so i feel bad leaving that kind of burden on the office, should i happen to quit. however, they dont pay me good enough to live off of, and i just moved a half hour away, and im afraid the effort just to get to work in the winter will not be worth the weekly pay. i havent gotten a raise in over a year, and they ask for more work than they pay you for. oh, and no overtime, even if you work it. they are an excellent reference and i dont wish to burn that bridge. but i dont want to stay here out of guilt when the pay and everything else just isnt worth it. please help with serious advice only please.
