I am 22 yrs old, and my MBA is about to be finished in Germany, my problem is that when I go for intreviews to companies, I get selected in the first few rounds but later loose to more experienced candidates. my profile is as follows.

15 months of expirience in CRM for a Global IT and Banking giant.
Company.

BBA in Marketing (unfortunatly I couldn't get selected for any Marketing/sales job?

MBA in Project Management, I have very limited skills in IT systems and cannot apply for Software/Programming based jobs. I have therefore tried in Telecom or in Sales of IT Systems

I do have some International Experience in CV, but I am not well versed in deutsche, I have been recenetly been called for an Intreview by an FMCG giant,& an Energy one too in london. I am not sure as to how to sell myself, the FMCG is calling me for Sales/BD (on my graduate degree) & the Energy Hasn't clarified but I think they are for Procurement and Project Scheduling?

As a 22-year-old, gaining job experience should be your priority right now. Companies look at new MBA graduates as a clean slate - someone who has great potential - so I recommend you look for a trainee position (entry-level job) in the area you hope to work in.

Remember that business is a very broad area with a lot of specialties. If you still haven't decided what area to focus on, I recommend reading a book like "What Color is your Parachute?" to help you decide. You are just starting out in your career - it's okay to try one area now and move to something else later. Trying out different areas is a great way to make a good decision about which area suits you best. This is why a "management trainee" job with a large company would be perfect for you right now - they will move you around for your first few months so you can get a good view of the whole company, and train you for a higher position.

To sell yourself, focus on your good work history and desire to progress and learn. Your BBA in marketing might be a good way to get into a marketing or project management job. If you're really interested in project mgmt, you might consider becoming a "Certified Project Manager" from PMI or a similar association - this would make you stand out from other candidates.

Good luck and congratulations on your MBA!

Try to get an analyst position at an investment bank. My suggestion would be ABN Amro in a US or British location. European countries are just now developing the idea of capital markets for public works (especially in Eastern Europe), and it will be a big business in the next few years.

How about temping or trying to get an internship somewhere? If you show yourself willing to learn, perhaps you will be able to impress people while working in that humble capacity and be offered a full time post. Good luck to you!

Have you tried asking people on the Yahoo German site?

You have to start somewhere, and there are plenty of entry level jobs out there. Dont try for the homerun at the batters box.
