Ive lately told my bosses that I was looking for another job because i didnt get any satisfaction doing this job, money etc...Now that Ive got a string of interviews coming up,they've come back to me asking me if i'd be willing to renegotiate for more money, more responsibilities,etc...I would like to taste something new and learn new things, but maybe i should stick with what i know best now that they want to improve my situation.I know that it will be my call in the end,but please give me your opinions or similar experiences.

Ok. i have a situation. So i went for an interview a week ago, the interview went very well & left me feeling that i had the job, but then you know what happened...i didn't get the job. The employer sent me a rejection letter via email, so i wrote back thanking them for interviewing me etc. Anyways the next day i am still looking for jobs on monster & i see this job advertised, it looked like it was being offered by the same company (the position i interviewed for was from a blind ad, & this one was too). It was a different position, but i felt that my experience met most of their requirements. So i wrote an email to the hiring manager and requested them to consider me for this position too. So far i haven't heard anything from him. I wrote to the manager that interviewed me & i haven't heard anything yet. Did i make an error? I have been wondering if i messed up by trying to contact them on the 2nd position (being it was a blind ad, maybe i wasn't supposed to know it was theirs?)

I am a CAD technician and have worked for my company for 3 years. I have decided to change careers as I have been doing this job for 20 odd years and have had enough. I have accepted a job as a senior Youth Worker (I have always dreamed of doing this), but as I am here on a work permit I haven't handed my notice in yet because I haven't got my new permit yet. I had my appraisal today and felt really bad as I got a raise and a bonus (which is paid out at the end of November), but I cannot say anything yet as I don't know if I will get a new permit. If the permit does come through then I will stay here until the end of november. I really need the bonus but am not sure if they have to give it to me after I have resigned. It is down in writing as we are given a report following out appraisals. So can they take the bonus back or do they have to give it to me?

The pension scheme they are offering is going to take £120 out of my wages each month. This seems rather a lot. What do you think??

Due to family circumstances I have had to relocate to another area and subsequently cant attend work. I have been signed off by a doctor for two weeks. Is it ok for me to hand in my notice whist I am signed off as I cannot go back to work and cannot get signed of for a longer period of time.

I would be very grateful for any help anyone can provide.

Thanks

I have searched everywhere for this information. The problem is different agencies hire for different jobs, I would like to have a list of those agencies, web sites or phone numbers or just the names and I will figure out how to contact them. I just want to work on a cruise ship! Preferably Royal Caribbean because I here they are the best!

I've always been interested in IT audit but the opportunity has never come. I've been an auditor for quite a while now. I am CPA and CIA. Is it too late for me to become an IT auditor?

Should I pursue a career in IT audit, what courses should I take to update my knowledge and give me the edge in the said profession? I know about the exam for Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), but I'm not yet confident enough to take the exam.

I've been an auditor for a long time but I've never had any SAP knowledge/experience at all. I'm planning on enrolling for several SAP courses. They cost a lot. I don't know if I should invest my money in attending those classes. I know the classes would help increase my competency. Career-wise, how helpful would these SAP classes be? I really want to gain knowledge/experience in systems currently used by big corporations.

Is there a lot of opportunity for a CIA with SAP background? Also, which SAP courses should I take?

Im writing my resume and going to hand it out to random cafes/bakeries/restaurants/stores.
What do I say? Should I leave it with somebody working there if I cant see the manager, or should I ask to see the manager?
If its for cafes and restaurants and I can't see the manger do I leave it with an employee? Should I choose a time when it would be least busy?

Im only 15 (live in australia)!

I have no clue about this sorry. any info you could give would be great!!
