A bit vague, but I think I get your drift.

Please accept this letter as confirmation of my resignation from the post of ....
Insert reason for leaving, e.g. due to new employment opportunities, I feel unable to fulfil my role in my capacity as ...., etc.

just a simple letter adressing it to who is incharge and say you are handing in your resignation and how much notice your are giving and when your last day will be. It is up to you if you give them reasons for you leaving but you do not have to.

make it nice. explain why you are leaving but don't be mean or accusing. remember they will be your reference for future jobs.
