in which shape or form are talking about pleasing your boss.
there are times when there is nothing
you can do to please the bosses.
try to be attentive to him/her. Some
times the smallest thing can make them
happy, Learn to think ahead of them, always
know what they want before they ask you
for it. That always makes a good impression.

Try to be non-argumentative..just agree with whatever she tells you to do. All bosses want to feel like they are in charge so just kiss a little butt and keep the boss happy...you don't have to like it but pretend to...you will get farther in your job that way.

Just accomplish your work promptly and thoughly, don't over please bosses or they will take advantage of you and walk all over you. Respect is the key to achieving also respect.
