I live in a house of 10 other people and they may choose to stay and may not be responsible enough to take over the month to month lease. I'd like to know if there could be any legal repercussions towards me if the other housemates choose to "squat".

The company I work for does not offer insurance but will pay for an individual plan. I have a bone disease and walk with crutches but have not needed any medical treatment for this for over 15 years. However, I am still denied for an individual policy. I live in Ohio and need some advice here.

Alright, I am 17 years old (My birthday is 12/9) and I am currently taking 4 classes as community college (12 credits) but I am going to be changing my major from graphic design related to education and want to drop a class. Next semester I will take 4 classes, but I don't need the class for the major I will be changing to and I don't want my GPA to be hurt by a class that I don't need. Am I allowed to drop or withdraw from the class and still be covered on my parents plan?

When you purchase a car in Tennessee from a dealership they collect a business and metro/county tax in addition to state taxes and if you purchase a car from an individual and pay taxes yourself the county only collects the state tax? Is this profit to the dealership?

Why do people bid more on eBay for an item than it costs to buy in the shops brand new?? Usually for DVDs and games you can see someone selling them on ebay and they sell for twice the price thatyou can buy them in online stores.

I've just realized that I have about $40,000 in short term gains from sale of stock for the year. I also have another $15,000 likely. We have been selling stock to pay for a new house. My wife and I have taxable income around $50 - 60K. Two Dependant children and a mortgage deduction. Last year I was penalized for under withholding so I upped my contribution by lower the number of deductions. The problem I see coming is that I have far more gains than I realized.

What is the best way to handle this with only two months to go in this year?

I got suspended today from my job for sending an email to a co-worker. The email simply stated that no one likes you why don't you quit. I sent that email on my own time from my own personal computer. The email recipient contacted Human Resources and Security and they investigated and dug deep to find me. They found me. Said it took her a week longer to find me due to my using a proxy server.

My question....How can I be suspended and possibly fired for such a email? An email that I did at home, my time, my computer. I just don't understand it. Nothing threatening or anything like that. No one likes this person. Please tell me what i should do at this point? I'm suspended until further investigation. I can't be on the property or anything. All of this for an email that read " No one likes you. Why don't you quit?" Please advise.

Certain credit cards like Miles (Discover), No hassle miles (CapitalOne) offer miles earned as rewards. Does this means we can travel that much miles we earned or is it a different calculation.
