Interview questions Air traffic controller?

Question

My daughter applied off the street and took the test in Alaska and now has been scheduled for an interview. She has no prior ATC experience or education.

One thing that they will ask is how she deals with stress and how she keeps focused. This job requires attention to detail and ability to make decisions under pressure. I'm sure they will want examples of how she has done this successfully in the past. Good luck to her.
