You are wrong. Homes are selling.
One does not stop your buisness, because business is slow, you work harder to make your business succeed, while others are quitting, you get their buiness because they gave up.

Why not start out as a doctor? Sorry to be so flip, but without a college degree today you might as well get used to saying "would you like some fries with that?"
Honestly, without a college degree today you're really stuck with retail and I assure you that you won't like that.
I'd at least look into a community college. There are some medical assistant programs you can take in two years. Even then you'll make very low salaries initially. The medical field requires certifications, there's no way around that. You can't "work your way up" in the medical profession. You must have that piece of paper.
You should look into something that YOU enjoy doing somewhat. Then at least get a 2 year degree. You're going to be badly handicapped without it.

I am glad to see the medical field is of interest to you. I have been a nurse for 26 years, job security is there. The options you might consider at this point may include a 4-8 week school(depending on where you live) for either CNA (certified nursing assitant), Phlebotomy (drawing blood), or a Telemetry monitor (observing heart rhythms). All of these are entry level, short time and money investment, and can open the door of vast opportunities for the future. The demand is great and the supply is short.

Well if you like kids you can get a CDA to work in a daycare center, or since you like the medical field you can do medical transcription, which most of the time you can work from home so you could still do real estate part time if you wanted. Both require only vocational college classes.

With or without a degree, you are what you want to become. It wasn't too long ago that I was 20. Life has had it ups and downs, but I do remember those telling me I would never make it, but I just ignored them.
Have you considered working for a children's home or shelter? Maybe a church daycare or academy. These are some of the places that will get you started in the direction your referring to.

Sounds like you learn life more now. Well, your decision is what matters now. You have what it takes to be someone you want to be. All you need is some focus and direction in what are your priorities in life would be. Also, don't go for short cuts but rather take the long paths because these paths would be something you can achieve at least and remember. All is wonderful when something you have your heart to it, though how hard it is, would be something sweet in the end...
