So here's the deal: I was hired on August 1st at a Native American health clinic, trained for 4 weeks, started my acutal job as a manager at the beginning of September and was there for 3 weeks, and was fired last week. Their reason for firing me was "Job duties not being accomplished through company's guidelines." my boss would not tell me exactly what I did wrong, nor did she counsel me AT ALL after my training. This is was all after THREE WEEKS.

As a manager I came up with new policies and procedures, I made sure everyone took their breaks, and fill out their time cards. Also I was training in one city but I worked in another, due to the building being remodeled for a year. I felt that I was doing a good job, coming up with better ways for everyone to do their easier, and my boss knew this. Anytime I wanted to change something, i would present it to her.

So why would she fire me after 3 weeks?

Does medical supply drop ship service exist or a e-store that allows you to use it's medical supply inventory (lika Amazon does). Thanks a lot!

I just got my new Chase credit card but I did not see any information about the balance transfer that I requested. When I opened online I set an amount for the balance transfer to my old Citi credit card. My question is do they send the amount automatically to the card? Or will they send me a check?
thanks

The situation is that this new position entails supervising a group of people. One of those people is the person who used to fill the position I am now in (he was essentially demoted). I like the person, and I want to make sure things go smoothly. Does anyone else who has been in this predicament have any tips on making things jive well between me and the other employee?

My parents have run into some financial trouble and have not been able to finance any part of my college education and I have not asked them too. Unfortunately I had trouble coming up with the money to pay my tuition bill, so I had to accept a parent-loan to cover the balance. They never talked with me about it but my plan was that I would be making regular payments to my parents to pay off the loan myself, in their name. But then she sent me a $400 check on my birthday, which I know is way beyond their means. Should I accept it? Return it? I having even begun to send them money to cover the loan payments.

Thanks

Yahoo Answers that said they recommend setting up an LLC vs. a DBA b/c you end up paying less taxes, etc BUT the upfront cost is a bit more. Any truth to this? If so, does someone have more details? Thanks in advance!!!

I was with the company for about 4 years. Last year I got promoted. At the same time I was given a new supervisor. She was the supervisor from hell. She expected me to be working downstairs but wouldn't give me a desk. My office was upstairs and whenever I would go upstairs she would run to the director acting like she couldn't find me or I was late. She was even telling other staff that she was going to fire me. I did everything for the company. I did everyones work. For 3 months I was trying to transfer but she wouldn't forward my transfer papers to hr. I contacted hr but they never got back to me. Then one day I got in like 5 minutes late. She fired me. She was a witch.
I loved my job...what can I do? My co-workers even wrote hr a letter asking them to re-think my termination. They expressed what good worker I was and how my supervisor had it in for me. But I was unsuccessful.
I honestly want nothng more than my job back. Is their any legal action I can take to do this?

My parents have taken around $200 dollars from me so they can put it in my bank account. I have no say in this and I am fifthteen years old. Is there legal because I am under age? Or do I get to sign something that lets me have a say with my money? Is there a way where I can get my money back because this is kind of like "stealing" because I did not give them premission to put in somewhere where I do not want it to be put in.

Thank you

will left the home and property to me and two of my siblings. One of the sibling is contesting the will. I do not have the finanical means to fight this in court, there is a lien on the home and property that was taken out to offset mother's medical expenses. The estate attorney's suggested a settlement of a life estate- in which, I would have to answer to my siblings regarding everything from the utlities to home improvements. I am currently -in between jobs and feel that is is no way to live. Can I request to be bought out?

On my credit report it shows that we have never made a late payment, however, there have been several times when we have paid about a week later than the 2 week grace period they give us. Since this is still less than 30 days late, it never goes on the report. So if we go to another bank to refinance, they won't see any late payments but are there other ways that they can find out that we haven't always paid on time?

I have rented many, many time before and I know the old original ones, renter or tenent covers electric, phone, cable and in some cases the gas.

What I am wondering is if there is any information out there about renting a house? Such as who pays for water, trash, gardener etc......

Also - I know as a tenent you can not break a lease for "no good" reason but what if the landlord wants to break it to get his house back - He wants to move back. What are my rights as a renter?

I have searched all over the interent looking for an answer and can't seem to find one.
Any help would be great!!!

Thanks -
