So here's the deal: I was hired on August 1st at a Native American health clinic, trained for 4 weeks, started my acutal job as a manager at the beginning of September and was there for 3 weeks, and was fired last week. Their reason for firing me was "Job duties not being accomplished through company's guidelines." my boss would not tell me exactly what I did wrong, nor did she counsel me AT ALL after my training. This is was all after THREE WEEKS.
As a manager I came up with new policies and procedures, I made sure everyone took their breaks, and fill out their time cards. Also I was training in one city but I worked in another, due to the building being remodeled for a year. I felt that I was doing a good job, coming up with better ways for everyone to do their easier, and my boss knew this. Anytime I wanted to change something, i would present it to her.
So why would she fire me after 3 weeks?

I always went to my boss before changing a procedure and she always approved it.
Also I worked in a medical records office, and I saw a lot of illegal things going on(like taking credit cards as identification), and I also went to my supervisor about that.

I am just upset, because I learned so much from that job, and now I can't even mention the job on my resume.

I worked at a clinic that provides health care to Native Americans. Not everyone there was Native American, a majority of them were, but I was the only one of my race there.
