Hi there, I was wondering, I currently have two mortages, and 80/20 since I had no down payment. My 80 10 year interest is fixed at 6.125% and my 20 30 year fixed is at 8.25%. I don't want to refinance and pay all closing costs, but could I call my mortgage company and work a better deal with the way the market is. I have a stable job and always pay on time.

Do the big bucks go to Insurance agents? Everyone talks about the potential to make lots of money in insurance, but is that only if your in sales as an agent. Will working in claims or adminstrative duty pay so well?

I got a call for an interview with AFLAC (Insurance company) for the position of "Accounts Manager." I usually wear black shoes, black dress shoes, and a nice long sleeve collared shirt with the sleeves slightly rolled up, tucked in with a nice black belt. I'm never sure if I'm underdressed or overdressed for all of the interviews I go to. In my opinion, I think my attire is probably right there in the middle. Can anyone suggest something better to wear?

On another note, my face, neck, and chest get red sporatic splotches on them when I talk to people that I don't know, or when I'm the center of attention. It's kind of like blushing, except its random on my face and neck. I can only imagine what employers are thinking when I'm turning red like this during an interview. I'm not sure how to mask this effect or even tell them for their understand.

Thanks for the help.

This doesn't make sense to me. If I paid something off, how can they in the same sentence say it was a charge off? This makes the account look negative when it isn't. If I dispute, will they have to take it off?

... if all companies had a single, standardized application form, so one could just fill theirs out, print out several copies, and distribute them to various places of business?

I know that some companies want to make sure that the applicant is willing to put forth the effort to fill out their forms, but from past experience I've found that some of the nicest application forms produce some of the most shoddy workers.

So, why not? What harm would having a standardized application system cause?

I see a plethora of information out there, even in my own policy, that makes it clear that sewage backups are usually not covered. However, I do not have a backup. I have a sewer line under my basement slab that is broken - most likely due to age and shifting. The plumbers are still tearing up my house to fix it, so I am not ready to file the claim yet.

My mum would like to add my name to the title deeds making us joint tenants, so the property would pass to me on her death, and avoid inheritance tax.

Does anyone know if this can be done easily and by myself without using a solicitor please?
Thanks!

Can someone please tell me why if you are looking to buy a car and several different places run your credit to get your loan approved with their banks, your credit rating goes down? I don't understand why it would go down. What is the reason behind lowering your credit rating for shopping around for the best deal? Just trying to understand how this all works.

My husband lost his job and i went on bed rest and maternity leave right at the same time. He has another job making alot less and hour and i just got started back to work ...... but....... We are so behind and backed up we can't get caught up. We are trying to sell our house before it forecloses and we are 3 or 4 months past due on all of our many credit cards and small loans. I also have a car payment every month. Our credit is screwed right now because of all this. I am tired of bill collecters calling me. Our bank said to do debt consolidation through them. Should i do that or bankruptcy? WE are desperate. or should we just use our paychecks to slowly try to get caught up?

The other night I listed a signed photo of a world war two german fighter ace on Ebay. His name is Gunther Rall. The next morning the listing was taken off and I was sent an email telling me its related to violence etc. Yes I tend to think all wars are violent. I have been selling on Ebay for a long time, and selling photos of fighter pilots, both foreign, and U.S. pilots most of the time. Never had any problem til yesterday. I immediately went to 5 other auction sites others had with the same kind of listings. They didn`t take theirs off. This gentlemen was not with the SS or anything, only a fighter pilot fighting for his country. I would just like to talk to someone at Ebay on the phone etc, but can`t finfd a number for them. Would anyone happen to know a number for them, preferably an 800 number? I would sure appreciate it. Thank you.
