I got a call for an interview with AFLAC (Insurance company) for the position of "Accounts Manager." I usually wear black shoes, black dress shoes, and a nice long sleeve collared shirt with the sleeves slightly rolled up, tucked in with a nice black belt. I'm never sure if I'm underdressed or overdressed for all of the interviews I go to. In my opinion, I think my attire is probably right there in the middle. Can anyone suggest something better to wear?
On another note, my face, neck, and chest get red sporatic splotches on them when I talk to people that I don't know, or when I'm the center of attention. It's kind of like blushing, except its random on my face and neck. I can only imagine what employers are thinking when I'm turning red like this during an interview. I'm not sure how to mask this effect or even tell them for their understand.
Thanks for the help.

The key to an interview outfit is always "dress to impress." Although the outfit you've described would most likely be appropriate for after you've got the job, you're better off being just a little over-dressed. Button your sleeves, put on a tie, and get a blazer. You want to show them you're serious about this job, and that you're a professional, and you're planning on going in more "business casual."
As far as the splotches, if they appear to be distracted by them, you could always say you're having a reaction to something you ate. That will alleviate their fears that you may have something contagious.
Good luck!

Vicster's right.
At the very least, a longsleeve solid-color button down shirt, matching tie, solid color jacket, and dress slacks. If the job is a supervisory or management position, a suit (preferably dark blue or dark gray) and tie, definitely. Insurance companies tend to be conservative workplaces, and you want to look the part.
Better, IMO, to look slightly overdressed for the interview than underdressed or too casual. One good piece of advice I was once given for job interview clothing is to look as though you're applying for the job one step up from the job you're actually applying for.

Usually in a business environment especially, I would recommend a white shirt with tie, dark pants with matching jacket, dark socks and black dress shoes. You seem to have half of it right at least. It's important to make a favorable impression during an interview. It doesn't matter that you can dress down after you're hired.
Here in NYC, if you come in anything else, they would be appalled.

Going forward put in your cover letter that you have a skin problem. (I put in mine that I am by nature a very serious person so they don't expect a really out-going person to show up. Every boss I have had has said to me that this was good because they did not mistake it as my disliking them or the job at the interview. A friend of mine handles her age this way: "I may be one of your older applicants but like I wine I am better with age!" She got every interview and got to choose the job she wanted. People like honesty upfront).

Yep, Vicster is right. Put on a dark suit or at least a blazer. Office casual isn't suitable for an interview.

A nice dressy button up shirt with no pictures on it just solid colored. Also dressy black pants or khakis...NOT JEANS! What you are wearing sounds about right

What you describe in right; I would just add a tie to it to look more professional - as is what you would probably wear if you were to get the job.

The splotches, thats u,, dont concern approximately them. Your gown looks high-quality to me. it fairly is often extra effective to overdress then to underdress throughout the time of an interview. you in addition to mght desire a tie, so dont forget approximately that. purely have a company handshake and look the guy in the eyes and be your self.

Sound's like the perfect outfit to wear. As far as the blemishes, don't do anything if you try to cover or hide it, it will only bring it to their attention more!!!lol
