Put that but try to make it sound like learning process and not like you're kissing their tushies.

Employee comments are about a lot of things. You can tell how you liked the training, your bosses, what you plan on excelling in while at this company is always good, what you feel or think is also expected. Make what you say truthful and also uplifting but don't go overboard or they will believe that it is a put on. They view these comments in order to better their interviews as well as their training so if you have any suggestions that you feel would have made the training more efficient or easier to learn, you can list those too.

That's a good start! You should definitely put positive comments about your employment, especially since it appears to be genuine :-) This is also a good venue for you to put down in writing your expectations - think of it in terms of your short term and mid term career goals. This would prompt your employer (if they are the decent kind) to provide feedback on what you need to do and how they will help you in accomplishing those goals. Note too that how your employers recieves those comments should be an indicator for you on whether you should continue working for them longer term ...remember, you are not the only one being evaluated - it works both ways.. ALL THE TIME :-)

Be constructive certainly. If you are completely positive about them, write some specifics, not that they're "great". Something like, "The organization by my superiors is excellent."

Your learning point is good for a last comment.

Your ideas are good. Flesh them out with a specific example of something you have learned.
