I'm supposed to find articles about Career Changes. And then later would be asked questions like, How do you know when to change a job? What advice could you give to employees considering a job change?

The articles should be from range between June - Aug 2007. Thanks!

I have been working for a multinational company in London as a graduate last 4 months.. As a foreigner, It was very difficult to get a job for work permit, but my company helped it. It also offers great training, perks, pay, possibility of international post after 2 years etc..
but the job is boring and meaningless. I was desperate to get a job so took this position as financial analyst, which is all about number crunching and excel running etc.. I don't know if its just slump and the job could be more interesting when I'm a senior but I do some pieces of meaningless tasks.
I'm already demotivated in 4 months waiting for leaving office and holiday everyday. I dont' feel confident about my performance either, because I don't have passion for it.
In addition, I'm studying for accounting qualification which was condition of the employment (paid by the company) so I'm worried if I get stuck in finance...
I can only change my job within the company after 2 years, what should I do???

Our sub-division was started about 10 years ago and has restrictive covenants. The Declerant and original builder has went out of business. But they stated that if 10 home owners agreed then an HOA could be formed. Which they have. Thats all that we have done. Today a letter was sent out stating that at our next meeting we would vote for board members. But we don't have any by-laws yet, shouldn't they be first. For things like how will each homeowner be contacted, How will we vote, where will we vote? Who will run the meeting, who will keep the minutes?

Here is what SC code of law states, how do you interpurte this:

SECTION 27-31-160. Provisions required in bylaws; modification of system of administration.

The bylaws must necessarily provide for at least the following:

(a) Form of administration, indicating whether this shall be in charge of an administrator or of a board of administration, or otherwise, and specifying the powers, manner of removal and, where proper, the compensation thereof;

(b) Method of calling or summoning the co-owners to assemble; that a majority of at least fifty-one percent is required to adopt decisions; who is to preside over the meeting and who will keep the minutes book wherein the resolutions shall be recorded;

(c) Care, upkeep and surveillance of the property and its general or limited common elements and services;

(d) Manner of collecting from the co-owners for the payment of the common expenses;

(e) Designation and dismissal of the personnel necessary for the works and the general or limited common services of the property.

The sole owner of the property or, if there be more than one, the co-owners representing two thirds of the total value of the property, may at any time modify the system of administration, but each one of the particulars set forth in this section shall always be embodied in the bylaws. No such modification may be operative until it is embodied in a recorded instrument which shall be recorded in the same office and in the same manner as was the master deed or lease and original bylaws of the horizontal property regime involved.

Can I defer capitol gains when I sell my stock options by investing the proceeds in a primary residence? I know some taxes on investments can be defferred if rolling into a house (like an IRA). I'm just wondering if selling Incentive Stock Options can also be rolled into a primary residence to defer the taxes.

stuck him with a month to month rent after that. anyway so he found a new apartment and has given the one month notice but he is not sure if he can get any of his security deposit back because he is due to pay rent on say the 9th (which he hasnt) and he doesnt think the new apartment will be ready until the 17th because it is being painted and stuff. so that will mean he will have lived about 1week and 1 day into his security deposit. so can he ask his landlord to refund the rest of it back or he has to accet that he lived into the deposit and landlords either return the full amount or nothing at all. hope this question makes sense. my little cousin is here right now and is worried about letting the money go or asking for it. thanks

All the ridiculous things the school system puts great emphasis on yet it hardly acknowledges simple personal finance! How many kids sweat and strain over algebra and calculus-- things they never touch again until their kids suffer through it? Yet how many morons do we have in society who don't understand the importance of saving and investing? How many think living in constant credit card debt is no big deal and don't get what it's doing to them? How many get ridiculous sub prime mortgages? How many don't understand how dumb it is to rent a home instead of buying one in the long term? How many fools use check cashing services?!? How many think their tax refund is a gift from Uncle Sam? Wow-- Johnny can tell you why X squared x Y = Z squared but can't balance a damn check book! If the country isn't convinced we have a really low fiscal IQ from all this, you'd think the recent sub prime mortgage crisis would ring some bells? What gives?!?!

Dont reply to this email its a scam,,,, The way it works is: they get you to cash checks at a check cashing company and then you take that cash and send it too them through the western-union.
This is the SCAM part.....
The check's normaly will take acouple of days to clear, by that time they have their money. Now, because the checks are rubber and your'e the one that cashed them...
TA-DA......Your responsible for them..... And then the Check Cash Company comes after you for cashing these bad checks.... This scam has been reported about on the TV... Be aware..... If you get an email from("Jamelle Walker"

Hi : ) It has been a while (like 7 years since I stopped paying my bills) but I am trying to repay my debts. First I wanted to know how to find all my debts. Second a lot of my credit card accounts have gone to collectors, how do I know if those collectors are legit? Is there a way to get help so I don't get scammed. Also if I start to contact them are they going to start harassing me? Should I contact some kind of legal help? Thanks for answering.

When me and my ex were together, he needed a car and his credit was really bad. So I got the car in my name, and he agreed to make the payments. Now 2 years later we are not together and I have an extremely hard time trying to get the monthly payments from him. The finance company calls every month cause he doesn't pay on time. Can I have the car repossessed, cause I can't afford to make the payments myself?

Here is my problem... My wife recieved chiropractic care 2 and a half years ago. The doctors had said her insurance covered her in full. Now, they are claiming we owe them over $4900 for the care she recieved. We called our insurance company and they said they didn't cover it because they submitted the claims 2 and a half years later which is too late. Should we be held responsible for their negligence and if not, what recourse would anyone here suggest. Thank you.
