Every on line site I go on they ask for a credit card number and I don't have a credit card. I'm only 19.

And including the free report .
The free annual report required by the US gov can be gotten from the home credit reporting site . . .

And you should Not have to give a credit card number unless you are ordering your FICO score ,
Which is Not free . They charge for the FICO score but not the reports from the big 3 .
