"Chris P" is a scammer and needs to be avoided at all costs. These scammers are located in West Africa; probably at an Internet Cafe. They make up English names for themselves and their company to hopefully land a few suckers in the US, UK and Canada.

He will approve you for loan but then require some sort of fee upfront to conclude the loan. If you pay the fee, he disappears and you do not get any money. Do a search for "Advance Fee Scam" or "Nigerian 419 Scam".

Truthfully, if you have bad credit and no collateral, there is no one who is going to take a chance on lending you money.

I don't know who Chris P is, but if you can't find his info it was probably deleted by yahoo. They are pretty on top of people that are not legit.

What are you trying to do specifically? Do you need a credit card? Are you trying to get a car loan?
