Husband's surgeon billed our primary and secondary ins co's the same amt. We had been told previously that the secondary would be billed for only what the primary did not pay. Is this right? Sounds like they are really trying to get 100% of what they are charging as both ins co's disallowed a portion.

Cardiac dr said they bill primary and what ever is not paid they bill that portion to the secondary.

Anyone have any insight into this?

Thank you.

I'm going to engage my boss in negotiations tomorrow for a promotion he promised me months ago. I just recently found out my predecessor's salary. I don't have the same skill set, but the job will mostly be the same. I'm wondering if it's appropriate to bring that information up ONLY if needed...if all else is failing.

Hi! I have just posted a question relating to interview tips, and I have gotten great feedback. (I have an interview I am worrying about at midday) People are saying that I should ask the interviewer a question or two. Generally what would you ask your potential employer? (This is a post-production film company, I am applying for a junior accounts assistant position) Any advise would be greatly appreciated.. I need to land this job! :)

It seems hypocritical. But, some people might try.

A tenant moved out of my house, and told the neighbors he was done and wouldn't be back. He left furniture and other items in the house, which now need to be removed. Do I have to try to find him, or store his stuff for any length of time before disposing of them, and can I charge him for disposal? It did not occur to me to put this in the rental agreement.

So did my application even go through? It did the whole 60 seconds processing, then popped up and said Session Expired. I tried it twice, if I was pending wouldnt it tell me that instead of session expired? I am not going to try anymore cause I dont want it to negatively affect my credit.

yesterday evening, whilst baby sitting my friends baby at my house, i broke a wine glass in the kitchen.
i asked my fiance to put the dogs in the storage room/ their bedroom and i will take care of the baby if he helps me tidy the glass up.
after everything was cleared up we realiesed that the key had broken off and now the dogs were locked in the storage room. we called directory assisstance and they connected us through to a lock smith. we gave him our address etc. he said he'd be there in an hour or so.
then my dog got more and more distressed and so i called directory service again and asked them to connect my through again.
by this time the baby was cranky and crying and my dog howling in distress. i spoke to the locksmith and he asked for my address again so i gave it to him.
within half an hour a locksmith was at the door and finally helped us to get our dog out. we left the flat to drop off the baby at our friend's house.

to be continued...

I received a response from craigslist (after responding for a job) saying that the position would involve the following and that I could get paid "X" amount of money. However they say it cost $10.00 to have the material sent to me via email. They said they charge that for only serious people who want the assignments. PLEASE IF YOU HAVE THE MATERIAL FOR THIS JOB (I AM SERIOUIS), PLEASE EMAIL IT TO ME, AND I PROMISE I WILL SEND YOU $10.00. I'm so tired of people asking for money. I'm trying to make an honest living, I don't have money to be sending. Looking forward to someone helping me out!!!!

I was promoted and now I’m stuck in the office unlike my previous position, which I have to do lots of field research. I need an excitement in my job, and in-office job gets me bored. My performance decline and I feel like I disappoint my colleagues. Should I stay in the same position and struggling to improve, or is it better to find another “field” job?

Mainly, is there a minimum amount of funds required in your account.
Like trading equities, there must be $25,000 in your account to day trade.
Does forex have any requirements, or special rules only pertaining to forex?
Any and all advice is welcome.
Thank you.

I need a $2,000 loan so I talked to my friend who lives a few states away about co-signing.. she said she would do it via text message, so she gave me her info, informs he she has good credit, but is 20 years old.. my credit is horrible.. now, we are good friends, but I am worried if I get approved, if she will be like "I never gave him permission to do that" Which she did through a text message.. but is it still safe?

I am very interested in learning the Ins and Outs of value investing. I understand the underlying concepts but i feel like i am not sure where to start and actually get my hands dirty.

In some ways i feel as if i should be studying accounting rather than investing?

Can anyone give me some pointers or resources i can check out?

Thank you very much.
