I have been working in a machine shop for about 5 months now. I really like my job. I had never worked on anything like these machines before, and they can be difficult when not running properly, and nothing is worse than not knowing what to do at work. My foreman, Red, who not only for me, but every one of the other 30 night emp, takes the time not only to fix my machine, but show me how to do it in the future with his 18+ years of exp. Now it has come to they want to replace him because he doesn't speak spanish. They have hired a rep that is being trained on days who is a mexican. I plan on pursuing this as a career and I need him to help me, and someone who (know very little) about machines who just speaks spanish will not cut it. I will do ANYTHING except murder to get rid of this guy who is replacing Red. He is not only my foreman but a friend. I have ideas but not good ones. Any ideas would help.

I am a full-time, W-2, commissioned sales person. I need a blackberry because I travel ofen, but my company will not pay for it. Hi
I want to know, according to UK laws and FSA regulations what can I do if my mortgage broker lied to the lender about my income? I accidently came to know this and broker is not yet accepting this. Mortgage lender is now asking for income proof (which broker wasn't expecting) which would result in rejection in mortgage application. I have signed the document that the information in application is correct, but whatever was shown to me was different info. and not the one which is sent with application. and application was made on date prior to my signing date. What can I do to teach them a lesson, to get compensation. prefferably I do not want to spend money in hiring lawyer. The firm is FSA regulated, but it does not comply with FSA in this matter.

Hello, I am looking for an apartment to rent for myself. I've never done this before, so I am really confused about a few things.

People say that in order to get an apartment, I need to have

1. income that is 40x more than the rent
or
2. guarantor making 80x more the rent

The thing is, I do NOT work and I will be a college student, and I do NOT have a guarantor.

the rent will be for myself (roomate can be a solution but not an option)
