I am a college student looking to do something that pays good for less then 20 hours a week that is flexible.

To answer your question, no. And even if you go to classes that you pay for, you'd probably have to work in an office or hospital for awhile, maybe a couple years, on THEIR schedule before you could work at home and set your own hours.
