you will need to contact the local council or similar to ask about regulations as i imagine you will need to have some form of licence and some form of health and safety certification. You would also need certain insurances (such a spublic liability) and meet certain standards of cleanliness and hygeine before even starting to open.
depends as well what you mean- selling food in the street or a restaurant type- both require different things in order to be fully regulated to operate.
best thing is to contact the council and i am sure if they are not the right people they will be able to point you in the right direction??? :)

I would guess your looking at getting a stall on the Camden Market site.
You need to speak to the manager of the site to make sure you can sell what you plan to. Then you need to research health and safety laws governing food standards.

You don't sound like you are very resourceful. You need to check with the county and state about health laws, licenses, and that type of thing. You will spend some start-up money that's for sure. Most states are fairly restrictive and you will need to adhere to their codes and laws. No one here can really help you. You need to start at the state and county level.

You will need a licence from the council. Before they will give you the licence you will need to gain at minimum your basic food hygiene certificate.

You need to contact your local health department and your city clerk. They've got all the info you need. They can also update you on any local ordinances that may apply, too.
