I'm just 16 years old, and I want to work for myself. I write well, but I want to use that skill for entreprenuership purposes. However, I don't know what to do with my writing. Does anyone have any ideas for what I can do?

just about any career path you go into will value good writing skills. Not many people seem to have them anymore, you know? think of pairing it with some other area of interest, like if you like animals, maybe you could be a grants writer for animal shelters or do publicity or something like that.

If you're good at short articles, there's a thriving market in magazines of just about all types. I submitted an article to a local dog magazine, just figuring I'd give it a try, got an email back in 2 days and the guy said he couldn't pay me much, but he'd give $50 for it. !!!!! Yeah! I was happy!
Go to the library and look in the reference section for a book called Writers Market 2007 This has all sorts of contact info, lists of what each magazine is looking for, how they want it submitted, etc. Each year this book comes out with updated information in it. You can find it at the bookstores too, but if you didn't want to buy it, just use the one at the library.
Magazines, local small newspapers, there's lots of places to get things published for money.

you can even sell your information about good writing skills online. write an ebook and sell it online. And it's very easy with autopilot. I did the same thing as i suggested and my story is the best proof.
