so I got a new part time job and when I was hired I was told I was PART TIME working a couple days a week. I've been there for a month now and have been working any where from 4-6 days a week, ON TOP of working a second job that they KNEW about before hiring me. I have worked my other job now for two years and this is my main job with insurance so I can't cut hours there. How do I ask them whats going on and if its going to change, as of right now they are NOT being flexable and not working with my other schedule with doesn't work for me!

Any recommendations on areas for beach front/ short walk to the beach vacation properties between Delaware and North Carolina? Price range approx $300,000. Area should be safe and great for vacationing and renting, but not too commercialized.

I have a used, semi-functional, iPod video on eBay right now, and there have only been two bidders. One of the bidders, we'll call him bidder A, seems legit, lot's of good feedback. The other, we'll call her bidder B, only has 2 a total of two feedbacks (both positive though)

I looked up the bidding history between them and you'd think the normal bidding pattern between two bidders would be ABABAB, right? Instead it's something like this:

BBABBBBBBBBBBABABA

Why would bidder B bid 10 times in between? She kept raising the bid from $31 in increments of $2-$5 up to $60.

Is this something that normal buyers do?

Planning on opening a virtual school offering training a specialized training program for preschool staff in Florida. To do such I need either to be accredited or licensed by the Florida Commission for Independent Education. I want to know which is the better option. Also, I don't have a business address - for classes will be offered online - can this be done? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

call a place that I mailed a resume to after about a week? I really want the job but feel like since they have not called me that they probably already filled the position.
Thanks.

Mainly I'm curious as to whether you can do all your deposits and transfers at ATMs with the correct logos, as the website seems to claim, and if there are fees associated with this.

I remember using WebCT and beaconeducator.com to take online courses - are there any others out there? Any advice on how to get started?

Return my e-mails?? This is how the story goes I had a bracelet up for sale on eBay and right before it ended he had e-mailed me and asked me what I ship it to Russia with a $500 Western Union Money transfer. I was not able to get back to him before the auction ended. He said that that was okay and he would still buy the bracelet, a money transfer, and give me $200 for my services plus any other fees and shipping charges. I sent him a detailed invoice with a list of charges which added up to a little over $800. A couple days after that he sent me a little over $700 through PayPal and I wrote him back telling him that that was not the price I had sent to him in the invoice. Now he is not returning my e-mails and I still have the money in my PayPal account. What do I do with it? I have every one of the e-mails that he has sent me even the one where he agreed to pay the price on the invoice. Do I have any legal rights to keep the money? I went to a lot of trouble to find out all the fees and everything else he asked me to do. I feel like I deserve something out of all of this. Please help! Thanks!
