I have poor credit and filed for bankruptcy late last year. I have not really tried to rebuild my credit. I have not applied for any credit nor tried to finance a new car - though tempting. How can I boost my credit score legally?

i gave a written 30 day notice to leave my apartment. i was not in a lease-just month to month. i have vacated the apartment and turned in my parking remote as well. i forgot to drop the keys before i left town for several weeks. now that it is september first i am being threatened to either pay for september or possibly be evicted? how can i be evicted when i gave written thirty day notice and i have vacated? please tell me this oversight on my part does not mean i owe another months rent...can't they take the cost for a new lock and key out of my security deposit?

I was in auto accient that left me disabled. I received a settlement from the . It was 300k but have gone thorugh by bad business investments, family and such. The settlement was last year. Can I receive ssi/ssdi?

I live in a section 8 complex but DO NOT pay section 8 rent.
I pay market.

Long Story short,due to "Drug Traffic" the complex has informed me they are paying local police to "be here" along with a security company.

Many arrests have occured in the past 3 months & I am always awkened to some "situation" involving Police & tennants.

Also, the complex is located in a very "high volume" traffic area.
They close the back gate which connects to a traffic light & a highly traveled State Rd. at 4:30 PM to curtail "Drug Exchanges" they say

Problem is, Traffic is particuarly heavy between between 5- 6:30 pm.
Getting out of the complex is difficult to say the least!
Making a left turn is next to impossible!
I would liken closing the back gate, to clogging blood flow to the heart.
There WILL be an accident & tennants will be trapped inside & be forced to be late for work etc.

I have complained & there are a myriad of other issues like mail & lousy maintenance.
Any input??

Everytime I try to find salaries for physician assistants, I always hear people saying, "...depending on the specialty".

Well, here are my interests:

I would like to be a physician assistant in surgery, cardiology, and/or neurology. I really want to do surgery most of all, though, and might settle for cardio-thoracic surgery.

I have already started selling a few things, but my client list is growing and I do not want to get into any trouble. I know I need a business license of some sort, but I am not sure what else I need. If for some reason things do not go as planned, and I am unable to work up until the delivery of my baby, would I be able to draw unemployment? This is ofcourse assuming that I am the one who withdraws from work based on a dr's opinion or my ability to perform. Doesn't your current or most previous emplyer have to pay that unemplyment if it is granted? I do not want to damage a good thing. I would like to be able to return to work there. If not umemployment, what other subsidies out there would help me in this potential situation? I am aware that I will not be able to maintain current level of income should this situation arise, but I would need to get as much help as possible financially until I am able to return to work. If it helps, I live in Florida. Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.

Long story short my old boss was fired and I am taking th brunt of it where I am blamed, anyways the two favorites in our dept one promised to get back at who had him fired, anyways 2 months later retailiation kicks in and one of them and another friend in HR claimed to my new boss that I took a lunch and did not punch out, not even true I took a 10 min break... Anyways I got written up and would like to do a rebuttal letter, some say drop it... Need your opinion and my hours were also cut 1 week ago, maybe they want me out?? PLEEZE HELP.....
