The have trouble outsourcing work that involves actually physically doing something or management.

When you outsource management you end up letting someone who doesn't care about your company decide what your company will do.

So project management, Information Management, CIO type careers are where to head.

Total outsourcing is always impossible. The accountants add up the numbers, but it turns out sometimes to be a false economy.

Any kind of management position shouldn't be outsourced. Anything that requires a lot of "facetime" is really impossible to outsource. So if you do HR for an IT company or something that won't be outsourced any time soon.

There's no such job with that guarantee. Remember, outsourcing isn't only to India or Mexico - there are plenty of domestic outsourcing companies for IT services.

All IT jobs get outsourced eventually, there are too many new programs to be written. If you dont want outsourced be a programmer.
