Hi, your rather young to be worrying about money but in any case for someone your age you will need the following:
Determination
Willingness to try hard
I would suggests the follwing for someone of nine see if any of these you could do?
1) Do you know a friend who does a paper round. You can ask them if they need some help and get a little in return for helping them. Your too young to get a paper round yourself.
2) Ask your mum or teacher to help you bake some cakes and then take them round to your neighbours selling them at a reasonable low price. Make sure you take an adult with you though.
3) Ask round your friends, neighbours (elderly people) who have a dog. Walk their dog for them.
4) Clean cars
5) Sweep drive ways / walk ways for people
6) Clear out some of your things, like clothes, toys, books, videos etc and with an adult take them to a store where they pay cash for these items.

Getting $$$$ comes from using your skills to do things other people need .
What skills do you have ?
Can you at least do dog walking for people too busy working to walk their dogs ?
