i hv a score in the late 700's, i want to see if the would give me like 0% apr for like 6 months or so, also should i tell my current bank of this offer and see what they can do for me?

The bank probably cant do it because they would lose so much money. I would apply for a credit card with a high credit limit that includes 0% apr for the first year.

0% is usually for purchases where they get some revenue off the merchant ,
Or balance transfers where they get a fee .

Straight up 0% ,
