Thats how I set my tax yr for my corporation in NV.
now what about 1099 ? when Is my last day to report those ?
my sub contractors report JAN - DEC. so it wont mach...
any advise ?

That would still be calendar year - they must be given to them or in the mail by 1/31 of the next year. The people getting the 1099's and reporting them are usually doing personal taxes, so their year is a calendar year. Same for W-2's.
