Return my e-mails?? This is how the story goes I had a bracelet up for sale on eBay and right before it ended he had e-mailed me and asked me what I ship it to Russia with a $500 Western Union Money transfer. I was not able to get back to him before the auction ended. He said that that was okay and he would still buy the bracelet, a money transfer, and give me $200 for my services plus any other fees and shipping charges. I sent him a detailed invoice with a list of charges which added up to a little over $800. A couple days after that he sent me a little over $700 through PayPal and I wrote him back telling him that that was not the price I had sent to him in the invoice. Now he is not returning my e-mails and I still have the money in my PayPal account. What do I do with it? I have every one of the e-mails that he has sent me even the one where he agreed to pay the price on the invoice. Do I have any legal rights to keep the money? I went to a lot of trouble to find out all the fees and everything else he asked me to do. I feel like I deserve something out of all of this. Please help! Thanks!

If he is asking you to send the bracelet and a $500 money transfer plus you get to keep $200 for yourself then more than likely it is a scam and he is using someone Else's pay-pal account. What will happen is you will send him the bracelet and the $500 money transfer then the rightful owner of the pay-pal account will deny the charge and the money will be removed from your pay-pal account. Now you are out the bracelet and $500 you sent to him.

He is or was trying to scam you. If there is really money in your Paypal account for all of this, I'd just let it sit there for a few months until you see if it ends up getting charged back - it almost surely will.

Don't really deserve a fee for being a saleswoman, but I don't believe Western Union is not refundable. Sound like it is Russian fraud contact Paypal.

I wouldn't touch that money with a ten foot pole. Contact paypal, more than likely he stole the money from someones credit card or other paypal account. Eventually paypal will take the money from your account or if you take it out they will take out of of your bank account or send you to a collection agent.
