Depends on where you live, 14 may be too young to work.
Babysitting is a good way to start.
Later you might want to apply at various supermarkets, department stores and fast food places. It is good to start with one shift a week. If you are a little bit shy, then going to your local supermarket and asking for an application form is a the best way to start.
You will find you will have your own money, be more independent and can do your own thing.

at that age.. only baby sitting.. but you could just humor the old man and go to mc donalds and all the other fast food places.. they wont hire you thou
