Im 25 and off to university to hopefully improve job prospects. But my younger years were spent racking up debts and now leaving me with not very much cash. Of course, studying wont leave me with much time as i will be working part time. i am getting my student loan, but that will cover my tuition fees, expenses and rent. Nothing for my debts.
So what Im needing help with is what i should do? Should i contact all companies and inform them things might go a little off in the months to come? And does anyone please know any way to get cash from home. (note: i have sold everything 'sellable' on ebay already)

survey contest. The first payment was 8/15/2006 I Currently have $5000 plus still on the loan. If I pay the loan of completly am I entitled to get money back for paying the loan off 2 years early. I need to write 2 letters of recommendation for two seperate people that walked out on a job because they were a) fed up with what was going on there b) sick of the way they were being treated c) so many other things. The letter(s) I'm writing are more like character recommendation letters, but I've never written a letter of recommendation before, but they can't get letters from their previous employer because all the previous employer would do is talk smack about them even though all they ever did for their employer was 150% beyond what was needed. Any advice?

I have earned 500.00, but I am concerned about having to pay taxes on it if it is $500.00 or over. I know this tax/penalty is about 30+% and would like to avoid it. Any information is appreciated. I live in Texas if that matters.

I want to know if he needs to file return and pay taxes? We (my husband & I) file joint return and we fall in 30% tax bracket. If we include him on our return, does that mean we need to pay 30% tax on his income too? Or he should file separately?

I have missed a lot of work because of my illnesses. Plus I have pressure from both my husband & mother in law to stay working. They say that today's families have to have both husband and wife working. I love the work I do but it is too hard to go to work everyday and take care home too. Plus my job is a very high stress job. I work in insurance claims. I am pretty crafty but I can't cook. I enjoy books also. I'm a pretty good typist but I think that is a thing of the past with everyone so computer literate now days. I have been selling something on ebay but that is mostly used stuff I found around the house. Does anyone have any ideas?

I am moving out of my apartment I am in a lease, I am buying a house. I told my landlord he could keep my deposit but he says I have to pay Two Months rent plus my deposit which I said was ridiculus. Does anyone know if this is Legal in New York State

can n e 1 provide advice/ (what to do?) on an illegal act by a credit bureau? items once removed have been reinserted without proper procedure; per FCRA ,(fair credit reporting act) one should be notified in writing 5 days prior to them doing so. this was not done!! PLEASE GIVE ADVICE ASAP. besides, these items were removed previously because they could not be "validated". this took place in MAY 2007, what, now they've been validated? NOPE!! the law was still broken on their part & i want justice.

I have my BSc and a diploma in medical laboratory sciences. Theres not much oppurtunity where I live for a career in this, and I really want to stay where I am as I'm buying a house very soon here. Oil is getting big here on the east coast of canada. There are several companies here. Hebron has just signed on. I would be interested in getting a job with an oil company but don't have an engineering degree or geology background. Are there any jobs someone with my background would be suitable for? Thanks.

I'm 32 years old with 793 Credit Rating.. I'm renting out my home for 2800 bucks.. which is 1000 above the mortgage. Should I put the 2800 I earn on the rent towards the principal? so my total mortgage payment is $4600? If I did, I would pay off my house by August 2012. I'm living in the Philippines right now with only $1700mo comfortably. What should I do with my extra money??? Pay off my house first? then Invest like a madman??

i have had the house on the market for 6 months now..i have to call her every 2 weeks or so to see if she is even showing it..i went in it today and found the floor vent lifted and called her to see what the potential buyer may have thought about it and she said that she hasnt shown the house...is there a better way to sell a house without having to do it myself? What companies out there have employees that work hard and only concern themselves with their work? Meaning companies were people don't socialize and take personal calls and bs around for half the time at work?

I heard BP is all business, what else is out there?

I've only called off twice, I'm always 10-15 minutes early, and I do my job. In fact I've gotten several raises, and he's constantly praising my work. Yet, every time I apply somewhere, they tell me I had a bad reference. They can't tell me what he said, but they said it was the place I work at now.

How can I avoid this? What it is, is he's trying to keep me. He only has a handful of good workers, and I'm one of them. I know he can't do this, but I want out - NOW! I'm not financially able to take him to court if that's my only option. Oh, and I'm not the only one he's doing this to. There's another girl that's been trying to leave too.

How can I bring him up in job interviews without sounding like I'm lying or that I'm a jerk that doesn't like her boss? I'm so confused. He's such a jerk, and I really want out. I want to work under a photographer to learn and get out of the minimum wage jobs.

Hi, I had a job interview with the NIH a couple of weeks ago. The position is a supportive staff for a program director. The interview went pretty well and the people all seemed very nice. I wonder if any of you has any experience working there, and if so, how do you feel about it? How is the potential for promotion/ advancement if you're not a PhD?

I kno that its discourteous not to give two weeks notice but I quit a job when I was 17 years old (im now 19) at a clothing store working part time. Me and the manager were very close but I had to end up getting another job because i was making minimum wage and only getting 6-12 hours a week, and plus I was about to start school full time. The stress of 2 jobs was too much for me so I quit my job at the clothing store without giving notice....The manager that was there when i was there doesnt work there anymore and i want to go back and apply for a job...do you think i have a chance of getting rehired?

In the last few years I have gone to a lot of these things here in San Francisco. But I all ways get the felling that after they tell you that"We don't have anything right now for you".
