I have paid around $0.11-$0.21 per word. Lately, I have been paying around $0.14/word. What you charge (in this range or above or below it) might depend on how large the job is and how complex it is (whether it involves scientific translations, medical terminology, etc.) You could also charge a higher rate per word (closer to $0.21/word) and not charge for repeat words, etc.
